Taught by Carol Paxman-Hughes, the yoga is a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga to inspire a dynamic flow. There’s a heavy focus on the relaxing practise known as ‘pranayama’… breath control to you and me.

Over her many years of practice, Carol has created an organic flow and encourages her students to find a pace and path suitable for themselves through aiding them in understanding and connecting with their breath, mind and body.

Her classes follow a ‘go with the flow’ manner that connects movement and breath. Her classes are open and accessible to everyone, from newbies to seasoned pro’s and there’s plenty of warmth, light-heartedness and compassion throughout the class.

The yoga is £10 per session and lasts for 45 minutes. Classes start at 7:30am every Thursday and Friday morning, making it the perfect way of kicking off your day before work.
