Sure, the Manchester Christmas Markets are pretty great, but like all things, the outskirts are where it is happening. The Chrismas food markets from GRUB are what it is all about this festive season, the fringe market if you will, and the new venue at the Fairfield Social Club is undoubtedly on the periphery.
GRUB is happy to announce that their award-winning GRUB Food Fair event at their newly opened events space Fairfield Social Club will continue providing smashing grub, cracking DJs and top beer throughout the festive period with plenty of Christmas spirit thrown in.
On top of special mulled wine & cider, there will also be the German delicacy ‘feuerzangenbowle’, a flaming supercharged version of mulled wine plus Bud Garden Centre will be in attendance on Saturday the 2nd December so you’ll also be able to purchase a beautiful, real Christmas tree. Visitors may even catch the Grub bar team-leading everyone in a festive sing-song featuring your favourite Christmas tunes.
Christmas food fairs kick off Saturday, December 1st and across the festive period you’ll be able to enjoy street food from the best traders in the North including:
All this alongside the usual amazing locally produced beers served from the Fairfield Social Clubs iconic craft beer bar.
The Grub Food Fair Christmas specials start Friday 1st December and run every Friday & Saturday between 12 pm and 10 pm until the final date on Saturday 16th December. The event is free entry and welcomes all comers including families (and dogs.)
