In case you’ve missed it, Federal, the incredibly popular and delicious New Zealand inspired cafe recently opened up a sister venue down on Deansgate and they’re opening up later on Thursdays to offer up some fantastic COCKTAILS!
They’ve spread their delicious eggs and avo on toast and absolutely fabulous bagel sandwiches across the city because everybody needs easy access to the best brunch in town – and it only makes sense that they now offer some of the best cocktails in town too!
Federal has had people queuing out of the door for 5 years now. That is testament to their amazing food offering and how it effortlessly cures a hangover. And I know that from experience.
I’m not complaining though, brunch is the breakfast of champions and makes me feel like I’ve got my whole life together when the sad reality is, I definitely don’t.
Enough about my sad little life anyway, I’m here to tell a spectacular piece of information. It involves cocktails…
They now offer evening cocktails at the Deansgate site – serving up a selection of classics from 3pm – 8pm every single Thursday.
I mean really, do I have to say more?!
Combine Federal’s coffee with the word martini and you’ve just found yourself your new favourite drink. If not, there’s Aperol Spritz, Bloody Mary and of course Mimosa’s. If your ears still haven’t pricked up, what about 2 for £10?! Now you’re listening.
And if cocktails aren’t your thing there’s a delicious selection of natural wines and craft beers to tickle your taste buds.
Everyone knows that breakfast is even better at night time, you know like sneaking a bowl of rice crispies at midnight? Well, obviously brunch cocktails are even better in the evening.
So their newest venue is swinging its doors open until 8pm every Thursday to bring these cocktails into the evening world.
