Stand up comedy is huge nowadays and, with so many comics packing the circuit it’s hard to know who is worth going to see. Thankfully the Lowry have packed their comedy bill with so much talent over the next few months they’ve pretty much made our minds up for us.
I got very excited when I saw some of the names the Lowry have booked. There’s old pros, big names from TV and little know cult comics ready to make a big impression. Whether you’re in the big theatre or one of the smaller more intimate rooms, the Lowry has proven itself to be probably the north’s best comedy venue.
