7 Course Tappers Gin Paired Dinner at Albatross & Arnold

Both Tappers and A&A are businesses who pride themselves on using the finest and freshest local ingredients- and so they are a match made in heaven, and for one night only, these two brands will be brought together for an evening of sophisticated dining.

Green has designed a beautiful seven-course tasting menu. Each course will be paired with a Tappers Gin cocktail made in-house by the Albatross & Arnold talented mixologists.

The meal will begin with gin cured salmon with tonic foam followed by razor calm, brown crab and samphire mayonnaise. The introduced flavours of lemon, orange and cardamom in the accompanying cocktails will complement the fish beautifully.

Moving on to the third course, lucky ticket holders will enjoy pigeon with gherkin, horseradish and hazelnuts alongside the earthy notes of Tappers Falling Leaves and tonic.

There will be two desserts, and the best part is you do not have to choose one over the other. First is a summer fruit crumble with cream, and the second a chocolate pudding with vanilla– something with covers all taste preferences and really highlights the modern-British ethos of Albatross & Arnold.

Each of these delectable desserts will be served with a Tappers gin- the latter complementing the chocolate notes with liquorice and espresso flavours.
