Live Music at Bunny Jackson’s this Weekend

I’ve always wanted to go to New Orleans. There’s really something about the culture there which seems really inviting -like the French Inspired food, voodoo history, and most importantly the music.

Luckily for me, I don’t have to be shelling out a grand to go get my fix of New-Orleans inspired live music, great drinks and maybe even a little voodoo magic. Bunny Jackson’s is the place to be and if you don’t believe me, you should head down this very weekend and check out what they have in store.

First up, Groove Riders will be playing a show this coming Friday. They are actually a pretty proper heavy rock band with an awesome female lead singer called VooDoo Blood, but for the purpose of this gig, they are swapping to a more bluesy sound under the pseudonym Groove Riders. The vibes are going to be nice and relaxed, so this will make the perfect backdrop to your Friday night drinks.

Come Saturday, the musical stylings of Robbie Cavanagh will be what you will find at Bunny Jacksons. Robbie writes and performs with stark honesty and passion. His beautiful lyrics and flawless, soulful vocals, along with his incredible live performances never fail to turn heads… and as far as we are aware he does not go by any other name.

There is always live music going on at BJ’s of all different types- so keep your eyes on on their Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages to stay in the know.
