Inspired by Manchester’s iconic mascot, the Manchestini consists of bee pollen, liquid honey, dried lavender, lemon juice, coconut water, Kalani coconut rum liquor and Manchester Gin, garnished with a mini honey dipper, encrusted with delicious honeycomb.

With a bespoke range of Martinis and signature cocktails, Dirty Martini is one of the industry’s fastest growing bar groups and will be heading to Peter Street from the 10th November.

A bold, botanical and sweet flavour, its inventor Tom Cole (Product Innovation and Training Manager at Dirty Martini) says “The team and I are extremely excited to be bringing Dirty Martini to Manchester and to introduce the Manchestini to our menu. Nothing embodies the spirit of Manchester more than the bee so bee pollen and honey are key ingredients in our creation, we’re even using a local gin so I’m sure you’re going to love it.”
