Where to Eat Gluten Free in Manchester

It can sometimes be a huge stress having to explain to a restaurant that you can’t eat gluten.

If you have a gluten intolerance, suffer with coeliac disease, or maybe you just want to lost a bit of weight, it can be almost impossible to eat out anywhere, with those pesky proteins in literally everything.

Well leave those fears to one side because these places listed below get it completely! Enjoy a gluten–free good time.

Evelyn’s Café
Evelyn’s has delicious gluten-free options, and they go all out too. Seared Mackerel or Lamb with Pomegranate Salsa Verde – there’s no fear or repeating the mantra ‘I can’t eat gluten’ here.

Regardless of what someone’s comment says below, Cottonopolis have a FULL Gluten Free menu available (and it’s one of the city’s most comprehensive). Their traditional menu of ‘Ice’, ‘Fire’, & ‘Oil’ is still very much catered for – but without any of that pesky gluten clogging it all up. As you can expect – there’s a fair whack of sushi on here – but that’s not a bad thing – Cottonopolis do it exceptionally well indeed.

Known for being vegan, V-Rev actually also have a good fair few gluten free options on the menu, there’s plenty of burgers, salads, fries and mac and cheese for a seriously junk food fix.
