On the day itself, you can indulge in their Mother’s Day menu at double-AA rosette The River Restaurant. Enjoy a beautiful 3 course meal, available between 12 noon and 5pm for £49.00 per person, in a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the River Irwell. A delicious menu including, roast aged British sirloin, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and red wine jus, confit supreme of skrie cod, olive mash, and potato spaghetti and dessert of Baileys and caramel parfait, chocolate caramel shards, honeycomb and coffee sauce.
Each mother will leave with a gift from the hotel, as the perfect end to the day.
