As part of their mission to explore new flavours and unique Indian dishes, Asha's have developed an exclusive evening of Guinea Fowl and paired it with a range of Sassy ciders all the way from Normandy.
Sourced from dedicated butchers Althams in Morecambe, the Guinea Fowl offers a subtle game flavour that complements the sharp twist of almost twenty different varieties of apple found in the cider.
Lovingly created by a pair of young Frenchmen, Sassy cider represents a revolution in cider, using a heavily-guarded secret recipe to give it a very modern twist. With it Asha’s have created a Rose Negroni, which is paired alongside some delectable Guinea Fowl Keema Parcels.
Taking place on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th July, for £33 per person guests will receive 4 courses with 4 paired drinks, each one designed by Head Chef Ashwani to perfectly complement each other. Here’s the menu:
