With 3 courses and two glasses of Prosecco or selected red or white wine for just £39.00 per couple, and pay an additional £20.00 if you wish to have the full bottle of Prosecco or wine. Here’s a glimpse of some of the dishes for your viewing pleasure:


Heirloom tomato salad, watermelon, goat’s curd, oregano, cucumber (v)

 

Rabbit & pork terrine, apricot, gooseberry compote, kohlrabi

 

Carpaccio of smoked halibut, watercress, beetroot, salsa verde

 

Summer truffle gnocchi, zucchini escabeche, garlic & parsley butter (v)

 

Rosemary marinated lamb leg, kidney, pont neuf, pea puree, jus

 

Roast breast of chicken, ratatouille, beans, honey glazed figs, red pepper coulis

 

Poached smoked haddock, lemon risotto, crispy leeks, butter sauce
