Oke Poke (pronounced like that dance you used to do at every party you went to below the age of six) is Hawaiian street food brought to Manchester. It is a healthy alternative to much western fast food and is mainly formed of a combination of diced raw fish with vegetables and other add-ons.

In Hawaiian, Poke translates to as ‘chunk’. It has been compared to a deconstructed sushi bowl, with hints of Asian flavours which creates a unique, healthy and soulful alternative to a boring salad.

Being healthy never tasted so good!Choose from a freshly made Poke bowl, or a Pokérito (you guessed it – a sushi rice burrito wrapped in seaweed), or even the Acai Smoothie Bowls and Poké Tacos you can expect in the coming weeks.

As for their birthday, you can pop down this weekend and celebrate with them. Oke Poke will be giving away free samples, cake, 25% OFF Cards and a little island music in the form of a ukulele player. All that is missing is the sunshine and sand eh?
