An Ode To Rabbie Burns: 4 Course Whisky Paired Tasting Menu at Albatross & Arnold

One such person was Robert Burns, who was so good at writing poetry that he’s now got himself a national holiday – Burns’ Night. To celebrate it, Spinningfields bar and restaurant Albatross & Arnold are hosting a 4 course dinner, naturally paired with some of the best Scotch Whiskey known to man.

Starting at 7pm on Thursday 25th January, the night will feature a packed menu and some golden whiskey, all washed down with a live jazz accompaniment;

Butter emulsion, tomato concassé
Paired with Speyburn 15 year old

Old Pulteney, pickled cucumber
Paired with Old Pulteney single malt scotch

Parsnip purée and freeze dried blackberries
Paired with Ancnoc Peat Head

RASPBERRY AND LAVENDER CRANACHAN
Honey, toasted granola
Paired with Balblair 2005 vintage
