Tattu Restaurant & Bar, which opened in Spinningfields in May, is launching two new lunch menus that will be available from Thursday 18th June.

Diners will be able to choose one of three set menu options from the ‘Express Lunch’ menu priced at £18 per person (each option includes four dishes). As a lighter alternative, there is also the ‘Dim Sum Lunch’ menu, which invites diners to choose a combination of two (£12), three (£17) or four (£21) dim sum and small plates from a selection of 18 appetising dishes.

Examples from the ‘Express Lunch’ set menus include traditional favourites such Tom Yam seafood soup and crispy shredded beef, expertly combined with contemporary flavours in the form of wasabi scallop dumplings, chicken truffle shumai and the hugely popular duck egg and sausage fried rice.

The Dim Sum selection will feature some tantalising new dishes such as the waygu beef puff, char siu sou and pumpkin pie, alongside some of the signature dim sum from the restaurant’s main menu such as the beef and foie gras gyoza.

Our new chef Clifton Mule is overseeing the lunch menu launch who has joined Tattu from Novikov in Mayfair London
