Following their critically acclaimed Romeo and Juliet this summer, in collaboration with Manchester City Council, they have created a brand new show at Heaton Park.

Inside Heaton Hall, this delightful family show is presented through traditional storytelling, singing and sharing and on Sunday 16th we are joined Crumpsall Concert Band for Carol Singing after each show.

It’s almost time for the Christmas Ball and for Santa Claus to call, but when cook starts mixing the
pudding ghostly footings start to occur. Can the singing Mr Hedges and the dancing Mrs C with the help of Tinkerbell and a Manchester Bee help create the special Christmas recipe? There’s mystery and merriment, singing and surprise but will we be ready for midnight when sleigh bells are heard ringing?

Its encouraged that everyone dresses up (prize for the best dressed) and little ones to bring a cushion to sit at the front. In the Long Gallery of the Hall there will be mince pies and other delights to buy – and you can meet and chat to the many other groups in the park:  The Astronomers, the Bee Keepers, the Tramway and The Friends of Heaton Hall.
