One of the greatest cities on Earth for a fraction of the price you would pay to travel there in summer, you probably couldn’t laze on the beach in November but you can most definitely hike up to Parc Guell, admire the Sagrada Familia and eat in every amazing restaurant and bar in the Gothic Quarter.
