Everyone remembers Lemar? Surely? He was a runner up in the very first TV talent show. It was called Fame Academy and was actually won by a bloke called David Sneddon even though Lemar was well better. Catch him playing all the soul hits this Wednesday at the Bridgewater Hall.

These guys are a pretty big deal back in the old US of A and they’ll be hitting up Band on the Wall this Wednesday with their own brand of rock and/or roll. There’s still a few wayward tickets knocking about if you look hard enough.
Inglorious @ Manchester Academy 2
Thursday 7th February
Not to be confused with the WW2 Nazi hunters, Inglorious are a proper HARD rock band so you can expect 96% of members to have long flowing hair that is easy to thrash about and accidentally get caught in a guitar pedal. There will be plenty of mosh pits to get in this Thursday at the Academy.
Don Letts Carnival ft. Twinkle Brothers Live @ Band on the Wall

A bona fide legend, Don Letts is pretty much the king of all things reggae, punk and dance. He’s been everywhere, done everything and probably has a thousand t-shirts to prove it. He’s at Band on the Wall on Friday and if you’re lucky – you’ll get yourself a ticket.
Steel Panther @ Manchester Academy
Monday 11th February
The quintessential glam-rock band – Steel Panther don’t do things by half so expect big hair, tight trousers and plenty of fireworks at this show on Monday. They also have a show on Friday (8th) but that’s sold out. Expect the Monday show to go the same way at some point in the next few days.
