To try to make everything easier, The Slate Yard have introduced a selection of fitness options available to their residents, to help you lose those unwanted winter pounds, and help you search for a fitness routine you love.

What’s on offer?

Residents of The Slate Yard will have the following options available:

  • Saturday Morning Bootcamp, covering a whole range of training styles
  • Pure Gym Spinningfields, FREE joining fees for residents.
  • One-on-one personal training sessions, tailored to your own specific end-goal. With group sessions also available upon request!
  • Rock Over Climbing, with a special residents deal including free induction, free tea and coffee on arrival, £5 entry and 50% off a 3-week beginner course so you can build your climbing-confidence!

Eventually, the boot camp and personal training courses will be available straight from The Slate Yard’s very own gym, which is set to open in 2018. In the meantime, the classes will be held all around the city centre – as well as around the immediate areas around The Slate Yard.

For now, the sessions are a bit of an exclusive thing, so only The Slate Yard residents are permitted to join the classes and receive the discounts on offer. It’s just one of the many perks of being a part of the family!
