Born out of a love of wine and a desire to make the industry more inclusive, Salut takes the stuffiness out of wine to create an accessible service to the average Joe.

It means you can enjoy really good wine without any intimidation and they are set to reopen for al fresco dining and drinking from April 12th.

Serving up wine from their 400-strong collection plus a grazing menu with the likes of The Crafty Cheese Man & Holy Grain Bakery involved you know you’re in for a treat.

The outdoor space is complete with a retractable awning to create a sheltered spot in the city centre perfect for that inevitable Mancunian rain!

You can tuck into to some delicious wine by the glass or enjoy one of their brand new wine flight concepts.

There are four flights to chose from, each with three different 50ml wines, covering a range of styles. There’s even a brand new natural wine flight which is bang on-trend.

For food, tuck into Salut’s renowned cheese, charcuterie and mezze platters as well as brand new vegan and vegetarian options.

For those who don’t like wine, you can enjoy beer’s from Manchester’s best breweries and there’s a new monthly-changing cocktail special after the staff refined their skills in lockdown.

The shop remains open for takeaway too, if you’re not quite ready to take off the PJ’s and venture into the world.

Accepting walk-ins only, you can head on down from the 12th April for wine every day.
