“Globally inspired, planet conscious and people focussed” Invisiburger is a brand-new addition to the city’s Northern Quarter, taking over and transforming the 2nd floor of Stage & Radio over on Port Street.
I know what you’re thinking: “Another burger joint!?” But this one is different – as Invisiburger are on a mission to create a ZERO WASTE Fast Food Model – making sure that every ingredient they use is utilised from head-to-toe.
They’re also a certified member of the new ‘Sustainably Run Project’ – meaning for every bill paid a fruit tree is planted – meaning you can do your bit for the environment whilst still tucking into some seriously incredible food.
Each tree creates a circular economy by providing food, income, and access to education, to the areas in which they’ve grown. This also offsets the carbon footprint of the meals they produce.
The menu itself is split equally amongst VEGAN, WAGYU BEEF and KRISPY CHICKEN options, each one with different toppings and special extras.
Their signature Invisiburger (£7) is a vegan patty that is seasoned in their secret house special seasoning, topped with vegan cheese and fresh salad and smothered in house sauce, held together in a pretzel bun.
We also tried their Surf & Turf Burger (£12), with a patty made from 100% Wagyu beef and coming topped with juicy marinated prawns and house special sauce.
The menu also features a diverse range of SMALL PLATES, including vegan ‘Invisi-wings’ (£6), Jalapeno Bhajis (£4), Tiger Prawns with chilli, miso and garlic butter (3 for £7) and a selection of loaded FRIES including Salt & Pepper Salsa Fries (£5) and Chilli, Miso & Garlic Butter Fries (£5).
All Night on Wednesdays you can get 3 Small Plates for £14, whilst on Fridays between 5pm – 6pm it’s their ‘INVISI-HOUR’ with classic burgers 2-for-1.

Invisiburger is open Wednesday – Friday, 5pm – 10pm and Saturday – Sunday, 2pm – late.
