Tattu Restaurant & Bar has announced the launch of a new food menu to celebrate its first anniversary at the end of this month.
Launching on Saturday 23rd April, the new menu has been developed by executive chef, Clifton Muil, and his passionate team.
The new dishes will showcase some of the most celebrated Chinese flavours and ingredients, blended with contemporary influences and cooking methods that promise to deliver a dynamic menu, which will sit perfectly with the new season.
Diners can expect to see new dishes such as a traditional fillet of beef ho fun noodles, soy and orange butter chicken with Szechuan salt and lily bulb, and a rich sweet potato gau.
A new dim sum lunch menu will also be introduced including a tempting variety of dim sum and small plates that will provide the perfect accompaniment to a spring afternoon.
Clifton Muil, executive chef at Tattu, said: “Our aim with the new menu is to demonstrate the restaurant’s progression and the diversity that can be found within Chinese cuisine, using traditional ingredients as the backbone for some really innovative recipes.
“The way we have interpreted these flavours and refined these new dishes will provide diners with something really special – we hope to create an experience for each guest that they will savour.”
Adam Jones, owner and managing director, added: “Tattu’s first year has been both exciting and incredibly eye-opening. It was clear when we started operating that the city’s dining scene was on the cusp of an exciting period of growth and it’s been fantastic to have been part of that.
“We’ve received some outstanding feedback in our first 12 months, but as a proprietor you can’t be complacent if you want to continue to grow. This new menu reflects what we’ve learnt and reinforces our commitment to keeping our offer unique.”
As part of the launch, the restaurant will be offering 25% discount on the new la carte menu from Monday 25th – Wednesday 27th April, throughout the day.
