There are around 15 different styles of yoga flow and that’s not including all of the ‘next big thing’ yoga’s that people have invented recently – from dog yoga to gin yoga and even goat yoga.

There are some really weird types out there, I mean, I find naked yoga pretty questionable. Actually, it’s very questionable – I don’t think anybody needs to see a naked downward dog. Each to their own though, it’s 2019, you do you.

Luckily, I couldn’t find any naked yoga classes in Manchester but I did find some other pretty out of the box yoga classes for you to enjoy…

Laughter Yoga
Sunday 9th June
Laughter yoga is medically proven to be good for you, it’s probably dead awkward but it promises to lower your stress levels and leave you feeling ready to bloody burst with happiness. Can’t knock it til you’ve tried it I suppose!

Wednesday 19th June
Yoga in the morning is pretty average. Clubbing yoga in the morning not so much. In honour of the Summer Solstice, someone thought it’d be brilliant to combine clubbing with yoga and additionally offer massages, healthy food and organic treats first thing in the morning.
