The Wild Goose is famed for its modern take on French cuisine that provides guests with a more sophisticated dining experience at its beautifully rustic restaurant.

To carry on with its tradition of providing diners with a taste for the finer things, the restaurant has announced that starting from Wednesday 11th May it will host monthly music nights featuring local singers and musicians.

Kicking off the programme is new resident singer, Paul Pashley. The performer has appeared on The Voice UK, at the Rooney’s wedding and at various celebrity events in the UK and abroad.

He is a great entertainer who has delighted audiences globally, and, now making his debut at Altrincham’s Wild Goose, he’s sure to treat diners to an unforgettable night of music as he performs two exceptional sets throughout the evening.

Paul’s first 45-minute set will be towards the end of the first course with his second set taking place during dessert. Carefully selected atmospheric background music will be played throughout the evening when Paul isn’t on stage.

Alongside his set, Wild Goose will serve a limited a la carte menu at £40 per head that also includes an opening cocktail. You’ll be treated to a three course meal that uses some of the freshest, local ingredients whilst enjoying Paul’s outstanding voice and stage presence.

Wild Goose’s menu is a ‘retro-esque’ line-up of dishes with a modern twist, bringing back Anglo French classics. Some menu favourites include the French Onion Soup, Pan Roasted Cod and the delightful Sticky Toffee Pudding, but the inventive chefs often mix up the menus, so they are subject to change.

The bar and restaurant venture is a side project from the team behind the successful Tre Ciccio restaurants in Altrincham and Ramsbottom. To book a table, please email Wild Goose at hello@wildgooserestaurants.co.uk.

The restaurant will open its doors from 6.30pm with the first course served from 7pm so bookings are advised to arrive on time.
