You’re Not Alone Power Hour with The Vibrancy Hub
Tuesday 14th May, 12 – 2pm
The Vibrancy Hub is offering tips with resilience, coping mechanisms for modern, everyday stressors that come from self-employment and working alone led by wellbeing coaches Laura & Katy. The event will also provide mindfulness hacks and tips on decluttering the mind to aid productivity. Enjoy a complimentary freshly pressed health shot, and even 20% off the restaurant after the talk.
Hospitality Yoga with Sasha
Wednesday 15th May, 4 – 5pm

Physio-led Pilates with Emma
Thursday 16th May, 6.15 – 7pm
This session is led by a qualified physiotherapist who will tailor the class to each individual. The pilates-physio fusion will optimise core stability, aid postural awareness, improve flexibility and help you prevent long term injuries or conditions such as arthritis or back pain. The class will be a challenging workout but still kind to your joints.
5 Ways To Wellbeing with Natalie Rossiter

This talk will introduce the ‘5 ways to wellbeing’ as suggested by the NHS after explaining what ‘wellbeing’ is and how to achieve it. There’s time for questions and discussion and even light refreshments. Improve your understanding of wellbeing and the benefits it can give your mind.
The Magic of the Mind with Dizzy Tailor
Friday 18th May 5.30-6.30pm
This is a simple and fun way to assess your own mental awareness. The talk is delivered in a nursery rhyme format, but for adults. Its a simple approach to gaining a better understanding of the human experience. There’s also time for questions and discussion with Dizzy after the talk.
