So it’s time, the NQ is slowly taking business indoors after they all gloriously spilled out onto the newly pedestrianised area with their benches and umbrellas because let’s face it, summer is over.
We had our fun, ice-cold beers brought to us every 15 minutes, basking in the sunshine. But now it’s time for some proper warm grub – £6 pies with thrice cooked chips and a thick gravy!
Consistently excellent, the pies at The Bay Horse Tavern are the perfect remedy to any rubbish day or empty stomach.
One day where you’ll almost certainly find me sitting in the Bay Horse is on Thursday because they offer ALL of their pies and sides for just £6 each – and they’re seriously good.
