Plant-based folks will be buzzing to hear about a Vegan Pizza Festival that is coming to Manchester’s very own Grub next week.
Currently based at the Red Bank Project in Cheetham Hill, Grub, is playing host to the Vegan Pizza Fest 2020.
It’s Europe’s first-ever weekly vegan street food event and is set to be a delicious and vegan (cheesy) night of heaven!
Expect everything from pizza and pasta, to calzone and desserts – and it will ALL be vegan!!
On the line up is Igloo Pizza Kitchen who will be serving up Neapolitan pizzas as well as Fritto who offer delicious and naughty deep-fried calzone pockets.
There’ll also be Lucky Mamas MCR with deep pan pizzas as well as pasta and The Wilderness Kitchen serving Detroit style pizza (rectangular pizza with a thick crust and usually topped with Wisconsin brick cheese).
And finally, dessert from Paradiso Authentic which includes vegan – obv! – Tiramisù and Cannoli.
The Vegan Pizza Fest will be at GRUB Manchester on Sunday 4th for their ‘Plant Powered Sunday’ event.
