This Valentine’s Day, Kerb are teaming up with their friends at suppHER for a special Galentines wine tasting event.
There really isn’t much better than getting your gal pals together to drink gallons of good wine until you’ve reached a point where you’re in tears, confessing your love for each other and Timothée Chalamet.
Kim (one half of the SuppHER team) has selected four delicious wines all by women winemakers to be paired with small bites made by Anna (the other half of the wonderful suppHER).
The dishes on offer at the event will be; Oysters with Bergamot, Buckwheat Blinis with Artichoke Cream, Northern Cure Wine Sticks and Marzipan and Rhubarb Tarts.
supp-HER is the brainchild of Anna and Kim, who founded the business as an inclusive supper club, collaborating with some of hospitality’s most respected female talents.
The pair met while working as sous chef and sommelier at Erst in Ancoats. Their goal is to bring people together over food and wine while raising funds for various women’s charity organisations.
Kerb is a neighbourhood hangout and wine store in Ancoats, Manchester, with an online delivery service.
The bar is committed to showcasing the purest, most authentic use of the grape in a way that can be enjoyed and understood by everyone. You’re consuming a place, as much as you are a story, from soil to the glass.
Kerb’s wine is sourced from selected importers and varies seasonality and availability, so there will always be something new to try.
