Acclaimed Japanese mixologist and creator of the first ever Japanese bitters, Yuki Yamazaki is coming to Wolf At The Door and making six brand new cocktails.

As part of his European Tour, Yuki will be joining the bar in their already iconic cocktail bar to show off his incredible ice carving skills, other techniques. Yuki will also be serving alongside Wolf At The Door’s very own Adam Day, making drinks from his new Aperture menu.

Tickets are priced at just £5 but are very limited, you also get his signature Bobby’s Gin Cocktail on arrival.

The 2 hour industry masterclass will take place at the end the bar and serves 8 customers at a time while the rest of the floor will enjoy Wolf At The Door cocktails. The tables then rotate so everyone can experience and obtain inspiration from each offering.

The event will also showcase 6 brand new cocktails including the likes of, Almond Ginger a blend of Bobby’s Gin, fresh ginger, orgeat syrup and shisho bitters. And Hinoki White Negroni, a twist on the classic made with Bobby’s jenever, suze liqueur and Hinoki and Yuzu Bitters.
