…and it’s launching THIS WEEKEND!

Since their re-opening after lockdown, NAM has fully reinvented their menu – adding brand new cocktails and dishes and becoming a true gem on Ancoats’ Cutting Room Square.

Their downstairs bar area is set to be open in the next couple of weeks (with one of the best sound systems in the city) and their upstairs restaurant is ready and waiting, as stylish and welcoming as ever.

If you haven’t been to NAM yet, you seriously need to get yourself there, with immaculate vibes, the venue itself is flooded with natural sunlight; think exposed brickwork, incredible playlists (Nina Simone, Yazmin Lacey) big plants, up-cycled furniture, Vietnamese artworks and absolutely delicious food and drinks.

So what can we expect from the brunch menu?

Breakfast Banh Mi // Filled with pork belly, scrambled duck eggs, black pudding.

Breakfast Banh Mi (£10.50)
A French baguette filled with pork belly, scrambled duck eggs, black pudding.

Viva la Veggie Banh Mi (£9.50)
A french baguette filled with scrambled tofu and sliced avocado.

Nam’s Smoothie Bowl (£6.50)
Lychee and Coconut smoothie served with mango, blueberries, granola, burnt coconut and chia seeds.

Pandan Waffles (£8)
Pandan flavoured waffles, served with a whipped five spice mascarpone, blueberries and a yuzu maple syrup.

Salt ‘n’ Pepper Hash Browns (£3.50)
Hash browns tossed in salt and pepper seasoning, served with spring onion and chillis.

Alongside your classic hot drinks, soft drinks, beers and Prosecco; there’s also a brand-new selection of BOTTOMLESS cocktails which have been designed to compliment each brunch dish perfectly.

These include the Sriracha Bloody Mary, Litchi and Mango Bellini, Eternal Spring and a refreshing Breakfast Margarita.
