The package is 80% prepared for you and ready to go so just assembly and finishing touches are required, giving you more time to enjoy the bank holiday weekend.
The menu is £55 for two people and it’s available for nationwide delivery meaning everybody can enjoy the slap-up roast!
The kit comes complete with super-clear instructions and individually wrapped – in biodegradable and easily-recyclable packaging – labelled components.
On the menu is sourdough bread served with Truffle Butter and Maldon Sea Salt – if you don’t know how good The River Restaurant’s bread and butter is, read this.
Next, is a Creamed Celeriac Veloute served with toasted walnut, parsley oil and Granny Smith Apple.
For mains, there’s a delicious Roast Sirloin of Beef served with Lancashire Bomb cauliflower cheese, duck fast roast potatoes (the best kind), homemade Yorkshire pudding, honey and thyme roasted carrots and tenderstem broccoli.
All the sides come in oven friendly pots so you can chuck them in and get a glorious dinner with no prep!
Finish the whole meal off with a delectable Rhubarb and Orange Crumble served with white chocolate cookie, clotted cream and vanilla custard.
