Just before Lockdown 2.0 we bobbed down to see what Harvey Nichol’s Personal Shopping Experience was like.

It held up as one of the most luxurious and effortless experiences we’ve done. You’re partnered up with an expert from their Personal Shopping team who is there for all your guidance needs. And it’s all an entirely complimentary service too.

It sounds pretty cushy, right? It would also be great for Christmas – which is probably exactly what they were thinking when they created their brand new virtual experience.

As with the in-real-life one, you’re given access to the latest luxury drops all selected in the edit as well as styling tips for the season.

So while the luxury retailer’s physical stores may be closed and you might miss out on the complimentary glass of fizz, their virtual store along with virtual concierge is available 24/7.

You get the same access to the latest fashion trends, beauty drops and food market favourites but all via their new digital service.

So if Christmas shopping is your idea of hell, this might be the perfect thing for you.

The website is easy to use, all you have to do is select your local store and either call or email the dedicated member of the team who will take care of all your festive shopping.

Louise Masson, general manager at Harvey Nichols Edinburgh said: “2020 has been a year unlike any other. Our new Virtual Concierge concept will enable customers to experience a bespoke, one-to-one service akin to an appointment in our physical personal shopping departments from the comfort of their own homes.

“Whether a customer is looking for a gift for a loved one or looking for a new wardrobe edit, our team of stylists will be on hand ready and waiting to offer our signature first-class service and expert advice.”

Call the Manchester team on 0161 828 8886 or email to Stylist-Manchester@harveynichols.com to book.
