Black Leaf launched in the middle of the pandemic, defying all odds and enjoying a hugely successful opening and a reopening back in October before the second lockdown.
Well, they are back, back again. Only this time you get to dig in from the comfort of your own home.
There’s a brand new menu to enjoy all available on Get Vegan Grub an ethical vegan-owned UK-based platform that supports local vegan businesses.
The cruelty-free platform makes it even easier to find vegan food and support like-minded local businesses.
The new menu sees the return of flatbreads with a brand new one to try too. There’s the Heritage Tomato Curry Flatbread served with ras el hanout and walnut pesto as well as the return of the favourite Salt and Peper Tofu Flatbread.
You can also grab two new sandwiches, Sweet Potato Bon Bon and Miso Glazed Aubergine, both £6.
For mains, there’s the Aubergine Steak served with chunky chips, tender stem broccoli and peppercorn sauce (£10) as well as the Banana Blossom Biriyani (£9) which comes with sweet potato pakoras, naan bread, mint yoghurt and curry sauce.
There are two new sides, a festive Roasted Sprout (£3.50) dish served with shiitake bacon and the Braised Red Cabbage (£3).
And if you fancy treating yourself to a three-course takeaway, there are the brand new desserts including Sticky Toffee Pudding (£6) served with whiskey cream and a Chocolate Fudge (£5) served with golden beetroot, candied fennel, beetroot and ginger jam.
Plus you can, of course, get their famous vegan cocktails to sip alongside the delicious food. You can expect all the classics like Espresso Martinis (£6.50) and a Side Car (£6.50), plus twists on classics like the Irish Storm which features, Jameson Irish whiskey, Kraken black spiced rum, homemade Guinness syrup, fresh lime and a Guinness top.
