El Camino first popped up in Urmston and they’ve now created a bespoke menu for The Cotton Factory. The menu boasts Beer Braised Ox Cheek Tacos (£4.25) with chipotle aioli, Massa Fried Chicken Tacos (£4.25) plus vegetarian options including the Chipotle Cauliflower Tacos (£3.75).
Designed the share, the menu also has extra dishes ‘for the table’ including crunchy Tortilla Chips (£5.95) with fresh salsa and guacamole , Corn Croquettes (£4.95) with cheese and spring onion, and Queso Fundido (£5.95) – a really really really cheesy Mexican fondue!
There’s quality tequila cocktails, loads of Mexican beers and plenty of options for veggies and vegans – El Camino is ready for a summer filled with fiestas and tequila.
They’re even offering 50% off throughout their soft launch.
The open kitchen allows you to watch the chefs prepare food right from the comfort of your seat. Keep an eye out for who’s to come at The Cotton Factory as they will be showcasing a whole host of food traders as residencies in the kitchen!
