I’ve spent some time diving into the menu at KAI to find three options that will make everybody happy. Whether you’re looking for a big boozy night out, a quick and delicious lunch deal or a massive Tomahawk sharer, KAI has it all.

KAI offer up their lunch time kebab deal between 11am and 3pm serving smaller portions of their evening kebabs. The three kebabs on offer are Adana Kebab with chunky chopped primal lamb and red pepper, a lightly spiced Chicken Shish with a mix of peppers. And finally, the vegetarian option of cumin and garlic Roasted Aubergine and Halloumi.
The flavourful and spicy kebab is served on a thick doughy pitta bread with a crunchy side salad. They come in between £6-£8 and although they’re smaller than the evening offering they are still packed with just as much flavour and a hearty spice.
It’s the perfect alternative to a soggy meal deal and it doesn’t even break the bank.

A new weekly addition to the Deansgate restaurant is 7 Wonders of KAI. The event takes place every Thursday from 6-9pm complete with live music perfect for dancing the night away after your cocktails.
You can get 3 courses, including 1 mezze, 1 main and 1 dessert AND 4 cocktails for just £25. You have to really let that sink in for how much of a fab deal it is.
I absolutely recommend giving the Martini Spritz a try. It’s a new take on the classic Aperol Sprtiz, but some how it’s jam packed with more flavours of orange, plenty of bitterness and plenty of the bubbly stuff.
Splurge
Sometimes you’ve just gotta go all out, proper treat yo’self vibes. That’s where the Tomahawk steak comes in.
As ever, this massive cut of Halal meat (1.2kg to be precise) is served on a long bone and is large enough to feed 2 people comfortably. It’s flame cooked giving it that perfect charred flavour. The massive juice steak is served with plenty of double-cooked chunky chips and sauce of your choice, from peppercorn, hot sauce or mustard.
And to top it off, they carve the steak at your table giving you that super duper fancy feeling.
