What’s more, the cocktails perfectly pair with the new summer á la carte, Asian-infusion menu.

Tattu has launched 16 new cocktails from refreshing spritzers and punchy fruit cocktails to a new low ABV range. We’ve picked out some of our favourites….

Tiger Lily
A mouthwatering blend of slow gin, pineapple, jasmine, blueberry and coconut foam. This is the perfect summertime treat and is as delicate as the name suggests.

Ping Yang
One from the new lower ABV collection, Ping Yang is a refreshing twist on the classic Collins, with raspberry and ginger ale. The cocktail is a homage to the strength and resilience of the daughter of founding Emperor of the Tang Dynasty, Princess Ping Yang who seized power, took over the throne and commanded an army by herself.

Lu Ban
A spritz of Campari, rose, lemon and almond, creating summer in a glass in a refreshingly stunning pink hue, another lower ABV this tastes just as good as the stronger cocktails.

White Chocolate Espresso Martini
This is just as indulgent and decadent as it sounds. The new spin on a classic is the perfect post-dining indulgence with flavours of vanilla cocoa liqueur, white chocolate and coffee foam.
