Manchester’s authentic Canarian restaurant, La Bandera, recently launched a bottomless brunch on the weekends which meant we could all get unlimited Cava or beer alongside some delicious food.
The Spanish Bottomless Brunch includes three tapas dishes and Bottomless Cava for just £25 per person.
Now, they’ve upped the ante and added on an incredible selection of brand new cocktails.
This means you can get one Mixed Board, Huevos Rotos (Scrambled eggs) or a Tosta (Toast) with unlimited cava, red wine, rosé wine, beer and a selection of brand-new cocktails
The brunch is available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11am until 4pm meaning you have plenty of time to soak up some Cava bubbles or enjoy boozy cocktails.
The new cocktail menu includes the classic Mimosa plus a Spanish version of a Bloody Mary (María en sus días).
You can also opt for a tropical Mango Spritz made with Spanish Vermut and Mango Liquor).
Or go for Ben Brown’s favourite of all time the Calimocho – which he has recently deemed The Drink of 2020 so you should probably get involved with that before it becomes ‘trendy’ and you can say you’ve been drinking it for years.
There’s also a fruity new cocktail called Libby’s Canarias made with strawberry rum pineapple.
And finally ‘Elder-Flor‘ made with Spanish Gin.
What’s more – you can mix and match your cocktails so if you’ve got the stomach and you drink fast enough you could try every single one!
You get 90 minutes to sit back and pretend you’re soaking in the Spanish sunshine and enjoy your boozy bottomless brunch.
