Back in June we did an interview with a masked man known only as ‘Outlaw’ who was delivering FREE weed to NHS staff and key workers during the height of the first COVID-19 lockdown.
A true hero to the people, he’s at it again this Christmas, ready to cheer the people of Manchester up with his FREE Outlaw Smoke Pack.
Not only that but over the next couple of days he’ll also be out on the streets of Manchester handing out his Christmas Cash Cards to the city’s rough sleepers – with a little present inside for them too.
Outlaw is well known throughout the city, and it’s estimated that he’s given away well more than a few thousand pounds worth of weed to people over the last year or so. When asked back in June why he does it, he noted that one of the main reasons is due to the calming effect of cannabis, meaning it’s perfect for people who may be feeling anxious and isolated during this particularly difficult Christmas period.
