It’s been one year since Three Little Words swung open their doors to the brand new concept that features a one-stop-shop for all things Manchester Gin and real good food.
A love story created Manchester Gin so it was only right the restaurant and bar with on-site distillery would pay homage to a couple of lovebirds behind the much-loved tipple, and so, Three Little Words was born.
Inside the stunning Grade-II archways on Watson St, the story really flourishes, ‘gin and tonic’ were, after all, the first words exchanged between owners Seb and Jen.
To celebrate a year of business, Manchester Gin has launched a brand new Three Little Words Limited Edition birthday gin, ‘Bai Thai.
Inspired by Thai flavours and a love of kaffir lime, the gin is bursting with citrus flavours with an underlying heat of Thai spices.
For the botanicals, the signature Dandelion and Burdock was chosen accompanied by coriander to add dryness and additional citrus flavouring.
The chili brings a subtle warmth to the gin and there’s even a hint of coconut to add a creamy smooth finish.
The gin is available to order Wednesday 9th at 5pm – remember it’s limited edition so get your paws on it quickly!
And if you want to celebrate even further, pop down throughout September and enjoy one of the three Birthday limited edition cocktails.
Chose from Madame Koko a combination of lime, Thai syrup and the new limited-edition gin all topped with a creamy coconut foam.
There’s also Songkran which adds bergamot, vermouth and sparkling sake for a real punchy drink.
Or finally, the Bai Fizz, the fruitiest of the Birthday Tipples with mango, sugar syrup, Bai Thai shaken together and topped with some birthday bubbles!
Who’s excited to see the rest of this love story unfold?!
