If you’ve answered yes to all of the above, Manchester’s latest movie screening with endless drinks and popcorn is really going to rock your world because everyone’s favourite feel-good movie is coming to town this year.

If you don’t know the plot of ‘School of Rock’, get the hell out of here and think long and hard about what you’re doing with your life. But for the sake of an argument, I’ll explain.

This 2003 childhood classic follows the life of guitarist Dewy Finn (Jack Black) and his failure to make it as a famous rock star.

After posing as a substitute teacher at a mega posh prep school and discovering his students are musical geniuses, he tricks them into starting in a band in the hope of winning a music competition, Battle of the Bands.

A simple plot, but genius. Would you agree? But I guess if you’re one of the small minority that are yet to experience this hilarious masterpiece, you’ll just have to buy a ticket and see how the story ends, won’t you?

The sing-a-long will take place on Saturday 12th October at a secret city location that will be revealed closer to the time.

There will be two screenings throughout the day and guests will be able to enjoy unlimited Gin, Vodka, Rum, Red Wine, White Wine or Beer for the duration of the film which can be upgraded to champagne with the ‘Sparling Package.’

As well as waiter service throughout the night, a ticket will also include bottomless popcorn because what is a film without it? At just £15 a ticket, it’s even cheaper than a trip to the cinema- and that’s pretty rock and roll if you ask me.
