As England attempt to get out of the group stages, we’re getting out and about around town and making the most of the sunshine this week, whilst it’s still here. From huge music acts to crafty workshops, there’s loads to do in Greater Manchester this week.

The Black Fri-Ha-Ha Summer Comedy Nights

You can chuckle/chortle your way into the summer with the Black Fri-Ha-Ha comedy season at Salford favourite The Black Friar. Comedy troupe Glass Crumpet will be making their debut on 24 June, ahead of their journey north to the Edinburgh Fringe, along with a handful of other local, upcoming acts. The pub will, of course, be serving up its usual top-flight pub grub, to bolster those belly laughs.
