It’s all go-go-go in Stretford nowadays, what with the recent opening of the brilliant Stretford Food Hall and an increasing series of events throughout the year from the good people at The Spirit of the Essoldo. The next one? A Cider Party in the Precinct...

Taking place on Sunday 15th September from 2pm – 8pm, the first Stretford Cider Party will feature a whole host of natural and local ciders, street food stalls, live music, sausages (with a special bespoke one from Frost’s Butchers) and even a cheese stand – alongside plenty of activities for the kids (should you have them).

The whole thing is being organised in partnership with Cider Buzz MCR who look to champion locally produced and natural ciders in the city. So you should probably expect plenty of weird and wonderful creations from some of the North’s most dedicated cider producers.
