As the weather starts to warm up again, alfresco dining is firmly back in fashion and there isn’t much better than sharing a pizza and a few pints with your mates outside.
From 12 noon on Sunday 29th May GRUB has some very special guests in store for Manchester’s vegans as it’s FINALLY bringing back its popular 100% plant-based pizza street food festival.
The venue will have some of the very best vegan pizza and Italian street food traders in the UK alongside a 100% vegan bar offering wine, cocktails, spirits, soft drinks and beer from friendly local plant-based breweries.
You can also expect live music and DJs with both indoor and outdoor seating available making for great vibes whatever the weather!
Bakehouse 32 are the first confirmed traders, creating NYC style pizzas and bagels. They’ve got an astonishing Vegan Chorizo pizza on their menu that comes with vegan Mozzarella cheese, tomato, vegan chorizo, roquito peppers, red onion and jalapenos and you can also grab all of their pizzas with a gluten-free base.
Next up is the infamous Four Side Vegan Pizza who will be serving up fresh, Detroit style slices of heaven. Their entire menu is already 100% vegan and features classics such as the Florentine, Mushroom, Margherita and even a vegan version of the Ham and Pineapple!
Lucky Mama’s will also be there showcasing the very best of their plant powered pizza and pasta, as well as authentic woodfired pizza specialists, Marley’s Pizza who will serve Vegan Pepperoni and Nduja specials all day long!
If you’re after a unique, vegan take on Italian desserts to finish off your meal, Paradiso Authentic Italian will also provide vegan versions of tiramisu and other sweet Italian delicacies.
