Taking place on Saturday 5th November, the team behind Manchester’s Gin Journey have an alternative way to spend Bonfire Night, as they take revellers on a huge tequila tour around Northern Quarter.
Exploring some of the city’s most-popular Mexican-influenced bars, including; Ramona, El Capo, The Daisy and Tariff & Dale, the tequila journey takes guests on an exploration of the spirit, as they enjoy a sample of tequila and a tequila-based cocktail in each venue.
Joined by a tequila aficionado, guests will be taught all about the world of Tequila, from its history to how it’s produced and the differing distels of the spirit.
A private chauffeur will also pick up and drop off those on the tour, with the option to get food along the way also available.
Throughout the day, the organisers will test the team’s knowledge, with the chance to win Tequila Prizes as you journey through the various bars. Guests can expect fun and games, and an endless amount of tequila – just what’s needed on a chilly Saturday in Autumn!
Created by the team behind Manchester Gin Journey, an already very popular event that takes gin lovers to a number of bars and distilleries in the city, the brand-new Tequila Journey is a unique way to experience the drink.
Founded back in 2013, the Gin Journey began as a way to show people great new drinking spots, whilst having a lot of fun in the process.
Providing a boisterous, educational and informal insight into the world of gin, the next Gin Journey event takes place on the Saturday 22nd October. Starting at Three Little Words, guests will be taken to some of the city’s greatest gin bars, as well as the Spirit of Manchester Distillery.
