Following on from the Liverpool fund-raiser on Friday, Bongo’s Bingo have announced a new special fund raising show on Friday 2nd June in Manchester at The Albert Hall in response to the horrific attack which took place in the city last Monday.
Bongo’s Bingo has a strong affinity and loyalty to the city, with the amazing people of Manchester showing incredible strength and dignity during this truly terrible time. 100% of all proceeds from the show will go to those affected by the tragedy and the charities working to support them.
Joshua Burke, one of Bongo’s Bingo’s co-founders says: “We want to do something in Manchester for Manchester as we have got such a great relationship with the city and its amazing people. This tragedy has affected us all at Bongo’s Bingo, and our wider circles of friends and family too – it’s truly devastating what has happened, and it reaches across the whole of the UK and around the world. We will be giving all proceeds to those affected by this awful attack and to the charities supporting them too.”
The show will be hosted by Mick, Bongo’s Bingo’s Leeds host who has also been taking over several new launches across the UK.
Doors to the show will open at 7pm, with the first game of bingo from 9pm.
