This weekend, Cottonopolis launches a brand new brunch menu with a difference, designed to satisfy those who want to sort out a hangover or simply kick start the weekend the right way; with exceptional food and first class cocktails.
The Cottonopolis kitchen has cooked up a weekend menu that offers something to tick every brunching box. The snacks bolstering the menu are Pork and Kimchi Dumplings (£5), Sweet Potato and Sesame Hash Browns (£5), Tomato and Bacon Skewers (£5), Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Maki Roll (£5), and a succulent Beef and Quail Egg Nigirli (£5).
In addition, the waffle selection takes both sweet and savoury turns with toppings such as Blueberry and Mango (£8) Pork Belly and Poached Eggs (£9), Crispy Duck Leg and Fried Duck Egg (£14), sweet Banana and Caramel waffle (£8) or Chicken Karaage and Poached Eggs (£10).
Next up are the ‘Specials’; a section made up of Avocado and Poached Egg Toast (£9), Salmon and Scrambled Egg Toast (£9) and meatier mouthfuls like the signature Wagyu Brisket and Poached Egg Crumpet (£14.50), sizzling Steak and Eggs (£14.50) and a Pork, Kimchi and Sweet Potato Hash (£9).
For the early starters, Bottomless Prosecco, Bellini and Bloody Marys (£12.50) will be available to accompany your feast along with a selection of flavour matched Cottonopolis cocktails. From a Milk and 2 Sugars (£9), a sensational cuppa’ traced with Black Cow Vodka infused with Garden of Eden Tea and Milk Acid to a Panic at the Pisco (£9), a sparkling peachy treat infused with La Caravedo Pisco and Hibiscus Liqueur, the Cottonopolis team got you.
Director Dan Morris said: “Everybody is in love with the idea of Brunch and we have definitely enjoyed putting together our own take on it for this menu. We think it shows the best side of what we do whilst also satisfying those first meal cravings.”
The Cottonopolis Brunch menu will be available every weekend.
