Winter is Coming. Judging from the view outside the window at the moment – that’s not very hard to believe. Summer is certainly not shaping up to be the best and so as it rains outside, everyone is sure to be sat indoors watching the new season of Game of Thrones when it starts on the 17th July.
To celebrate, Black Dog Ballroom NWS are hosting a screening of every episode of the new series, which judging by the recent trailer – look set to be epic. Before then though, they will be hosting a Game of Thrones Quiz for you to try your hand at answering some difficult questions on Westeros and its people.
Starting at 7pm on Monday 10th July, the Game of Thrones Quiz will test your knowledge of the TV series, to see if you know Joffrey’s favourite packet of crisps, the name of Cersei’s first goldfish or The Night King’s favourite skiing destination.
On top of this, they will also be screening episode 9 from season 6 – the phenomenal ‘Battle of the Bastards’ shortly after, to get you in the mood for the new series the week after.
Entrance to the Quiz is free, and if you’re a winner there will be some cracking prizes to win so why not give it a try. Booking is essential because it’s likely to be busy so head to the Black Dog website or pop in and let them know that you have accepted the challenge.
