Anyone who has taken a trip to New Orleans, or even Memphis or Nashville, will know just how important live music is to the Americans.

It seems they can’t truly enjoy their ice cold Bud Light without a band playing a bloody tune – usually in the form of some kind of jazz, country and blues.

Well, as the city’s best and most authentic US dive bar – Bunny Jackson’s certainly have a lot to live up to – not only providing some banging chicken wings and brilliant cocktails but also serving up some of the city’s best live music.

As a result, the Juke Joint House Band was devised, a collection of super-talented musicians, providing the music at least 3 times a week – sometimes more.

The band play EVERY Sunday & Monday from around 8pm (ish) but that’s not all…

Every Thursday from 10pm, Bunny’s allows YOU to get up on the stage and be a proper rock star as they host BANDAOKE – basically karaoke but with the full band playing alongside you! It’s tremendous fun and no matter how shite someone is at singing; the band can usually drown them out quickly enough.

In addition, you can also take advantage of Bunny’s brilliant Happy Hour while watching the band as they serve up some wonderfully cheap drinks from 9pm until 11pm EVERY DAY…

Bunny Boilers + Party Drinks – £5
Frozen Daiquiris – £5
BJ’s Pilsner – £3
Bottle of House Wine – £12
Bottle of Prosecco – £16
Bucket of 5 Budweiser/Corona – £15

There is always live music going on at BJ’s of all different types – so keep your eyes on on their FacebookTwitter and Instagram pages to stay in the know.
