Phytlogy, the science of plants, is to be the inspiration for The Botanist’s new collection of cocktails being launched this Summer. Each of the new additions aims to provide you with a ‘botanical theatre’ using home-made botanical essences and scents.

So you can expect atomisers with floral aromas that add an immersive experience to their Passionfruit And Basil Crush, plant pots filled with dry ice for their Peach and Apple Pot and seasonal ingredients such as berries, lemon thyme and thai basil in order to maximise the flavour and experience for all the senses.

There’s new botanical cocktails such as the Raspberry Disaronno Sour, the Apricot And Peach Smash, a Pimms Tea Cup as well as twists on old classics such as the Rhubarb Gin Old Fashioned.

The lovely floral surroundings of The Botanist has also inspired a selection of cocktails, including the herbal remedial Blackberry Mint Julep, served with a mint sprig and a blackberry garnish in a medicine bottle.

The new cocktail additions will sit alongside the extensive botanical cocktail menu including firm favourites such as The Botanist and The English Mojito as well as a huge selection of spirtis, gin and beers.

The new Summer cocktails will be available from 15th June.
