We’re all starting to feel the pinch now. After a rather extravagant Christmas, and the fact that it now costs an arm and a leg to heat up our houses when it’s cold, any sort of offer or deal when eating out is starting to look very attractive indeed.
Thankfully, most of Manchester’s bars, pubs and restaurants offer up January Deals during this dark, depressing month, and RAMONA is no different – with the introduction of not one but two fantastic deals this month.
Let’s start with the £1 SLICES. Every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in January, between the hours of 5pm and 7pm, you can get £1 slices of their outstanding Detroit pizza, plus £5 Margaritas to wash them down with.
Hard to argue with that one.
Next up is their new Sunday Bottomless Pizza and Booze offering, where between the hours of 12pm and 5pm you can get BOTTOMLESS slices for just £15, and go for additional bottomless booze for an extra £20. Just let that sink in – £35 for bottomless pizza slices and bottomless booze!
We all pretty much fell in love with the pizzas over at RAMONA as soon as our lips touched them back in 2020; proper Detroit style with that characteristic thick, chewy base, that’s also super crispy around the edges, topped with all manner of delicious toppings.
Vegan Jabba Slice
There’s their classic Pepperoni, which is always a winner, but their ‘JABBA‘ slice, topped with Detroit sauce Finocchiona salami, Nduja, hot honey, sweet peppers, jalapeños and cheese is the absolute GOAT – and should be consumed as much as is physically possible.
Even better, they also offer a vegan version of the Jabba slice, made using vegan mozzarella, Calabrian sausage with fennel and chillis, maple syrup and jalapeños.
Pair the slices with RAMONA’s excellent sauces and you’re in heaven. The Detroit Honey Hot Sauce is a must, as is the Truffle Mayo and the Gorgonzola Ranch.
Be sure to order one of their Cookies for afters too – that Salted Caramel Dipping Sauce is truly one of the most wonderful creations you can buy.
