Randall & Aubin, famed for their spectacular seafood, have teamed up with The Gourmet Caviar House to present a rare gastro opportunity featuring a chance to sample a range of the most exquisite caviars around.
I mean, personally I didn’t quite enjoy the stuff when I tried it once at a Selfridges party but I’m a savage and would never be able to distinguish between the subtle differences of caviars.
So join Ed Baines as he hosts a journey through three exquisite Gourmet House caviars – Royal Baerii Caviar, Russian Oscietra Caviar and Imperial Caviar, alongside a glass of Randall & Aubin own-label House Champage, which has been made at the prestigious Moutard family vineyard.
Guests will taste five grams of each caviar with blinis and a classic garnish of chopped shallots, creme fraiche, boiled eggs with capers and chopped parsley, experiencing why it has been the favoured snack of the aristocracy for centuries!
